I am an Oakville-based corporate/business lawyer.  I provide legal and business counsel to businesses and their advisors on mission critical events:  a key transaction or partnership, guidance through a regulatory maze, launching in new international markets, implementing a new business strategy or acquiring and integrating new businesses.

Working with businesses, their other advisors, or both, I design and implement strategies that help grow, protect and manage a business and its key assets, and intelligently manage business transactions and transitions.
